Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Firloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Firloop for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the application materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software in the application
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Account Registration

To use certain features of the application, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscriptions and Billing

Firloop offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription called Firloop Pro. Firloop Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store (iOS) and/or Google Play Store (Android), depending on your device.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are billed as auto-renewing monthly or yearly plans. Subscription prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by country, taxes, or store rules. The amount and terms shown in the store checkout always control.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hoursbefore the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hoursprior to the end of the current period.

Manage or Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers (If Offered)

If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store / Play Store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law or required by the store’s policies.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can use the “Restore Purchases” option in the app to re-enable eligible subscriptions (subject to store rules and eligibility).

Price Changes

Subscription prices may change from time to time. Where required, Apple or Google will notify you of price changes before they take effect, and you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal.

User Content

You retain all rights to the business data you enter into Firloop. By using our service, you grant us permission to:

• Store and process your data to provide the service
• Create backups of your data (paid tiers only)
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of your data
• Maintaining backups of critical information
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Firloop to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

Disclaimer

The materials in Firloop are provided on an 'as is' basis. Firloop LLCmakes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Firloop LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Firloop, even ifFirloop LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Data Loss

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss due to:

• Device failure or loss
• User error or deletion
• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events

We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of critical business data.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law requires otherwise. Your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
